Applications for scholarships at Vadstena-Akademien for the summer of 2023 are now open. We offer a number of different scholarships. A scholarship with us will give you a deeper understanding of the practical and artistic aspects of producing an opera. Applicants are expected to have documented relevant experience from studies or work within the field. The kinds of experience we expect are listed below along with information on how to apply. You can write your application in Swedish or English.

In the summer of 2023 we are producing a new Swedish Opera ” Andefabriken” by Daniel Nelson, composer, Tuvalisa Rangström and Magnus Lindman, libretto at Vadstena Castle (built in 1545)
