I am delighted to invite you to save the date for the International Conference on Live Coding 2027, which will take place in Antwerp from 9 to 13 March 2027, hosted by the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp, Lambdasonic / TOPLAP Belgium and deSingel International Arts Centre.

Participation with support of Erasmus+ for staff and students will be facilitated.

We would also be grateful if you could share the ICLC 2027 Call for Proposals with colleagues, students and researchers in your Electronic Music, Composition, Music Technology, Artistic Research and Research departments.

This edition’s theme is “Dialogues”, exploring live coding as a performative, artistic and research practice in dialogue with classical music, jazz, dance, visual arts, technology, education, society and audiences.

The call welcomes proposals for:

• papers
• live performances
• workshops
• installations
• satellite events

We believe this call may be highly relevant for students, teachers, researchers and artists working across electronic music, contemporary dance, live electronics, coding, improvisation, artistic research, sound art, audiovisual performance, digital performance and interdisciplinary creation.

The submission deadline is 15 August 2026.
