| Here’s information for you about the XXXI Arrasate Hiria International Accordion Competition and the new International Accordion Chamber Music Competition, which will take place in Arrasate between December 6 and 8, 2024. XXXI ”Arrasate Hiria” International Accordion Competition LINK TO CONDITIONS LINK TO APPLICATION FORM The inscriptions will be made through Google Forms. You will find the link in the rules. The deadline for registration is October 4 (inclusive). The scores will be attached in another registration form (link in the rules), all together in a single PDF document and in the order of performance, until November 15. The test piece will be provided to all contestants free of charge upon request via email: hauspoz@hauspoz.org. I ”Arrasate Hiria” International Accordion Chamber Music Competition LINK TO CONDITIONS LINK TO APPLICATION FORM Open to all chamber music ensembles of any nationality and whose average age (taking into account all the participants of the group) is not more than 35 years old may participate. The groups will have a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5 and must have at least one accordion in their instrumental staff. The contest will be divided into two phases: a first pre-selection phase to be carried out by video and a second phase in person, to be held in Arrasate between December 6 and 8, 2024. You’ll find all the information about the specifications of the program and the videos of the first phase in the rules. The inscriptions will be made through Google Forms. The deadline for registration is September 2 (inclusive). The scores of the first phase, together with the rest of requiered documentation, will be attached in the same registration form. All groups will receive a letter before October 11, 2024 (inclusive) to the e-mail address they specify as the means of communication with the organization. In this letter, the list of the 6 groups selected for the second phase of the competition will be sent, as well as the date, time and specific place where it will be held. These groups must confirm their attendance to the second phase before October 18, 2024 (inclusive) in writing to the e-mail address hauspoz@hauspoz.org. For those incidences that may occur, both in the inscriptions and in the sending of the scores, the contestant will have a period of 10 working days to correct the errors, from the moment he/she receives the notification of correction from the organization of the Arrasate Competitions.
