Hej alla musiker!
Vi har just fått reda på en chans att delta i en klimataktion online den 19 mars, organiserad av den tyska violinstudenten Lea. Global uppvärmning och de klimatöfrändringar som följer är ett vår tids största problem, så hoppa på detta! För att bidra i aktionen behöver man helt enkelt lägga upp ett 1 min videoklipp på instagram/facebook och inkludera en hashtag – se instruktioner nedan, antingen i bilden längst ner eller genom att läsa Lea’s egna ord nedan:

My name is Lea and I’m a violinist from Germany, studying at Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen,Germany.

On the 19.03. is the next global climate strike and i was thinking a while about an option, how musicians could sent a sign for a green, sustainable and fair future apart from Fridays for Future. „Music for our planet“ is a digital project, where musicians can take part and record a clip up to 60 seconds maximum.

This video includes two elements:

1) One, say two sentences: I play for the future of our planet. We don‘t have a planet b.

2) One, play the instrument/sing a song

After you post it on your account with the hashtag #musicforourplanet you can send it to the account @musicforourplanet and I will repost it there.

The aim is, to build a network from musicians all over the world who stay together in the climate discussion. That means also to contact universities from other countries to share this project with as many musicians as possible, to send not just a national but a global sign for the climate. Because this is, what the climate change is: a global problem.
