Sony Music is a record label that strives to be Sweden’s best music company and workplace in the industry, known for its innovation, creativity and success.

Our speakers will talk about how the last 5 years has seen Record Labels re-evaluating their offering and position with the music industry food-chain, before looking ahead at some of the challenges and opportunities we see for labels and artists in the near future.

Speakers:

Ernst Nathorst-Böös is a marathon entrepreneur with a history of disrupting music creation multiple times. Living and breathing company strategy, product and service design, branding and strategic marketing. Loves building a company, working with amazing people and reaching dreams together with others.
Mark Dennis is a British exile who after starting as a DJ and Club Promoter has spent the last 18 years working within various areas of the music industry covering PRO/Publishing, Live & Music Tech before entering the Label world in 2007. Managing Director of Sony Music Sweden since 2011.
