Järvi Academy is a conducting masterclass designed for advanced conductors, which also welcomes active and aspiring young musicians, as well as musicians who are not yet established in conducting. It will take place from July 4th to 15th, 2026, in Pärnu and Tallinn, Estonia. This masterclass is recognized as the largest and most popular conducting course in Estonia.

Faculty: Paavo Järvi, Neeme Järvi, Kristjan Järvi, and Leonid Grin.

A total of 16 applicants will be selected as active participants in the course. They will receive a minimum of 100 minutes of podium time and will have the opportunity to conduct two concerts. Additionally, two or three more applicants will be chosen as ”students”, receiving at least 50 minutes of podium time.

All participants will also benefit from lectures and have the chance to attend concerts at the Pärnu Music Festival.

To apply, interested individuals must submit an application form, along with a professional CV and video recordings of their conducting.
