Les Arts Florissants – William Christie Foundation offers “masterclasses” on its campus in Thiré (Vendée, France) for professionals, students in a higher education establishment or in a pre-professional course, under the direction of professionals and teachers from Les Arts Florissants.

A new masterclass will be led from March 24^th to 26th 2026 by Sébastien Marq, flutist and loyal collaborator of Les Arts Florissants, who invites instrumentalists to explore French Baroque chamber music from 1680 to 1740, focusing on Couperin, Marin Marais, Hotteterre, and others, and the French suite.

This masterclass is also open to modern instrumentalists.
