| Join us on the beautiful west coast of Canada (Powell River, British Columbia) for the PRISMA Festival & Academy – June 15 to 27. Our in-depth orchestral training program provides advanced students and young professionals with the essential tools to win a position in a professional orchestra. Many of our alumni now hold prominent positions around the globe. PRISMA 2026 students will engage daily with world-renowned guest artists from top symphony orchestras and chamber music ensembles. Students will receive private lessons, sectional rehearsals, masterclasses, and workshops from guest artists, who also perform throughout the festival. All students perform in the 85-member PRISMA Festival Orchestra. This year’s repertoire will include:Holst – The PlanetsBerlioz – Symphony FantastiqueBrahms – Double Concerto in A minor, op. 102… and more PRISMA offers masterclasses (open to a supportive daily audience), workshops, private lessons, auditions, rehearsals, and performances that bridge the education from university or conservatory with the realities of a professional orchestral career. Each year, over 5,000 concertgoers attend the PRISMA Festival to experience the daily musical events, symphony and chamber music concerts, masterclasses, and recitals.
