The International WinterAcademy of Early Music Bremen & Historic Brass Studio 2026 is dedicated to
the rich musical tradition in Dresden, it’s connection to Italian music culture and it’s profound influence
on composers and musicians throughout Europe. In the concerts, lectures, and masterclasses, we invite
participants to explore the rich musical heritage of the city of Schütz, Pisendel and Zelenka and become
acquainted with the inspiring atmosphere of the Early Music Department of the University of the Arts Bremen.
