Fame’s Institute: Upcoming Orchestral Course

We would like to provide you with further details regarding our upcoming course.

Course Details:

The 2-week Classical & Recording Orchestral Course:  Shaping Tomorrow’s Orchestral Professionals will be held from April 23rd to May 6th:

·  Week 1
This week will be led by Roman Simovic, Concertmaster of the London Symphony Orchestra (LSO).
This is an exceptional opportunity for students to work closely with and perform under the guidance of Roman Simovic.
The repertoire will include:

o    Beethoven’s Violin Concerto

o    Symphony No. 7 in A Major, Op. 92

A concert will take place at the Philharmonic Hall in Skopje on April 29th.

·  Week 2
The second week will focus on a project in collaboration with media composers from the Conservatoire of Amsterdam’s Master’s program in Composing for Film, led by Professor Kaveh Vares.
The ‘Recording’ Course is designed to offer musicians hands-on experience in collaborating with media composers from CvA, recording original soundtracks in a professional studio environment.

o    Resume/CV

o    Video files/links (including a movement or excerpt from a classical/romantic concert, a movement or excerpt from a Suite or Sonata, and/or a solo piece from the repertoire).
The deadline for applications is March 14th.
