Dear all orchestral students,

My name is Teo, and I’m currently studying orchestral conducting at KMH.

This academic year, me and my fellow conducting collegues, together with and supported by our teacher Henrik as well as Gabriella Sjöström, thought it to be a good idea to start a cross-generation orchestra. This will be a forum where we put together both current students, alumni, as well as experienced professional musicians who want to share their knowledge of orchestral playing as well as standard repertoire; all under the baton of us conducting students.

We want to dig deeper into orchestral playing, orchestral rehearsing, communication, etc, and hopefully we will explore repertoire useful for all students of all instruments in a safe environment. We also hope this becomes an exchange between conductors and instrumentalists, young and old, where we exchange ideas and learn from each other.
