As you may know, Les Arts Florissants – William Christie Foundation offers “masterclasses” on its campus in Thiré (Vendée, France) for professionals, students in a higher education establishment or in a pre-professional course, under the direction of professionals and teachers from Les Arts Florissants.

 The next scheduled masterclass will be led from November 20^th to 22^nd, 2024 by Benoît Hartoin, long-time harpsichordist and organist with Les Arts Florissants who offers an immersion in Italian recitative from the very origins of the genre at the dawn of the 17th century (see here attached).
