| Only three stages left! Classic Violin Olympus International Competition, a new and unprecedented endeavour in the world of strings. Led by Artistic Director Pavel Vernikov, this event is open to artists of all ages and nationalities, and promises to revamp the realm of music competitions, featuring a groundbreaking prize fund of €310,000, an exclusive 23-member jury board, and a unique pre-selection format that has never been undertaken before. This preliminary stage consists of six separate contests. The two top-ranked participants at each event will be invited to the Grand Finale. The Grand Finale will be taking place in Dubai from April 22nd to April 28th 2025. The first three pre-selection contests are already completed, but applications for the remaining events are still open! The next pre-selection contest on the calendar will take place in London (26-30 of August), deadline – May 12Rome (9-13 of September), deadline – May 26Dubai (1-5 of November), deadline – August 4 Each of these events will be presided over by a 5-person jury panel, and carries with it its own prize fund of €35,000. In order to register an application, candidates simply need to fill in the registration form and submit an audition video of themselves performing. The application deadlines are fast approaching! |
