It is with great enthusiasm that we are sending this special invitation to your institutions to take part in the third edition of Festival Arcada, between July 5th and August 5th, a captivating celebration of music and bowed instruments in all their forms and traditions.

Festival Arcada is set to delight and inspire all music lovers, be they students, teachers or enthusiasts. We would like to invite your students, teachers and members of the educational community to be part of this extraordinary event.

For your students and teachers, the Arcada Festival offers the opportunity to develop their skills through masterclasses given by renowned music pedagogues such as Andrey Baranov (violin),  Catalin Rotaru (Double Bass) and Pieter Wispelwey (cello). We’ll also have a violin masterclass for primary and secondary levels with Mimi Zweig, as well as a 25 hour Teacher’s Course with Mimi Zweig.

In addition to the masterclasses, we will have a schedule full of concerts and recitals, exhibitions of bows and instruments, lutherie workshops, and real-time improvisation and composition workshops.

This is an event that offers a unique and enriching experience for everyone involved in the world of music. 

We would like to encourage your school to promote this festival to your students and teachers, encouraging them to take part in the masterclasses and enjoy the diverse program that the Festival has to offer.
