The G. Rossini Symphony Orchestra with the patronage of the Ministry of Education, University and Research and the Municipality of Pesaro organizes the eleventh edition of the ”Giovani in Crescendo Music Competition – digital edition 2024” Music Competition.
The music competition is open to public and private school students aged between 6 and 25. Each school can also participate with students who do not attend a specific school music project but who are talented and wish to participate as solo artists or in a group.
People who do not attend music schools or universities but are aged between 6 and 25 can also participate.
New this year: ”Belcanto” category aimed at people aged between 18 and 45.

The competition is divided into the following sections categories:
“Primary” – For participants aged between 6 and 11 (included)
“Middle” – For participants aged between 12 and 17 (included)
“High” – For participants aged between 18 and 25 (included)
”Belcanto” For participants aged between 18 and 45 (included)
Each category will also be divided in:
· Soloists and Small Groups (up to 10 participants)
· Large Groups (11 participants or more)
The deadline for submitting applications is April 10, 2024.
To participate it is necessary to send the video of the performance via the WeTransfer web service. The service provides, once the video has been uploaded to the platform, a link that can be used to then download it. This link must be attached to the registration form, which you will find in the Regulations attached to the email
The aim of these competitions is to encourage comparison and exchange of musical experiences, to offer young participants an important opportunity for growth as performers, as musicians but above all as individuals.
We kindly ask you to inform teachers, students, their families and all people connected to the world of music of these opportunities.
